Welcome
Our chapter has a proud history of supporting the service members of the California National Guard, Veterans, and our local community. Annually we donate over $3,000 to support various charitable causes such as the Sergeants Major/Chaplains Fund, which provides emergency financial aid to Soldiers and Airmen in need; providing Christmas gifts to every Veteran at the Mather VA Hospital, and providing over $1,000 in new shoes to children at the Sacramento Children's Receiving Home. We welcome you to look at our website to see the many ways our chapter supports our community.

Chapter President's Message

Welcome to the Gold Rush Chapter’s new web site, a collaboration between our new Webmaster, CW2 Michelle Schweitzer, and our graphic artist, WOC Marty O’Clair. With this new look and feel we hope to attract new members and supporters who, using their own talents, will strengthen our chapter to help us support our local civilian and military community as well as the Active Duty, Reserve, and Guard Warrant Officers in our area. You don’t have to be an Army Warrant Officer to join our ranks. We have enlisted personnel and officers up to the rank of Major General as associate members. It takes a lot of dedicated people to help us raise the funds we need to continue our charitable support for our local community…be it providing holiday cheer and gifts to the veterans at the local VA Hospital; providing shoes to the children at the Children’s Receiving Home; supporting our brothers and sisters in Iraq, Afghanistan, and elsewhere; or, building and maintaining the Wall of Heroes. We welcome your comments, we welcome your support, and we welcome your membership. – CW3 Mario Garcia
